Working for Monaco Elite is a privilege. The vessel is a 90m masterpiece, the owners are respectful and generous, the crew package is industry-leading, and the destinations are breathtaking. I have worked on 6 yachts and this is by far the best.
The standards are extremely high, which means you need to bring your A-game every day. Not for everyone.
